Eligibility

• The Offer is available to new clients only residing within 15 miles of the clinic at 6320 N Saguaro Hills Ave Meridian, ID 83646.
• A “new client” is defined as an individual or household who has never previously brought a pet for services to Intermountain Pet Hospitals, Chinden.
• The Company reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Only one free exam is allowed per unique household address.

Offer Details

• New clients are eligible to receive a free exam for one pet during their first visit for appointments scheduled during the promotional period and completed by 9/30/2025.
• The Offer applies only to in-hospital exams and does not include vaccinations, lab work, medications, grooming, nail trims, or any additional services or diagnostics.
• The exam must be scheduled and completed within the promotional period, if applicable.
• For new clients with multiple pets, the Offer applies to a free exam for one pet during the client's initial appointment. Subsequent pets brought during the same first visit will be subject to standard examination fees.

Booking Process

• To redeem the Offer, new clients must mention the Free First Exam promotion when scheduling or at the time of check-in.
• Clients who book a free exam under this promotion and fail to attend their scheduled appointment without providing at least 2 hours notice may forfeit the opportunity for a free exam under this promotion.

Limitations

• The Offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or wellness plan benefits.
• The Offer has no cash value and is non-transferable.
• The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Offer at any time without prior notice. 
• The Company also reserves the right to refuse to honor the Offer or to disqualify any individual or household if it suspects fraudulent activity or abuse of the promotion, in its sole discretion.

General

• Participation in the Offer constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Idaho, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Idaho.
• By participating in this Offer, new clients agree to release Southern Veterinary Partners, LLC and its affiliates from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with their participation in the Offer or the use of the free exam. No purchase is necessary to become a new client and be eligible for the free first exam. This is not a random drawing. All new clients who meet the eligibility criteria and follow the redemption process during the promotional period will receive a free first exam for one pet.

• The Company may contact participants via email or phone for appointment-related communications.
• By participating in this Offer, you consent to receive these communications.
• Personal data will be handled in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy, available on its website.
